We ordered two Nexus phones, one was fine and the other was completely dodgy and had been tampered with. Had warning messages about the operating system etc. Supero's agreed to replace it if I sent it back which I had to do at my cost. From the day they received the returned phone to the day I got a replacement it was four weeks, far too long. A few excuses from them but no apology when the sent it to the wrong address. Poor customer service.
