Communication with the service is good, they write back quickly, try to solve the problem and not ignore it. If a long time has to wait for a shipment, they always offer some compensation. I was ordering a lot of especially the phones that always arrived and they were what I ordered. I can recommend the Gearbest store which is trying to be better and better.
